THE UNDERLYING PRINCIPLE
Being aware of the vast talent and capability that are reposed in the Nigerian youths, the Governor seeks to build a dynamic State that places at their disposal the resources they need to fulfill their dreams, offering them qualitative enterprise education and support, so that they can consciously strive to bridge the gap between where they are and where they ought or desire to be. The underlying principle of this initiative is that the youths should not be denied the fundamental right to self-determination, and should indeed be given the opportunity to learn about and experience firsthand what makes for lucrative employability and/or successful enterprise, so that they can set up their own.
THE AIM OF THE PROJECT
To create a measurable enterprise culture in our youths, as a viable step towards building an economically stable country, whilst creating jobs for their peers and the next generation; thus, becoming a source of job creation.
To encourage Nigerian youths to be enterprising and live their dreams, by exposing them to regular entrepreneurial development programs, while establishing a solid foundation on which a sustainable enterprise culture can be built.
To expose the youths to international best practices in work ethics and professional conduct, which would enhance their performance, productivity as well as elevate their employability profile in the marketplace.
